B2B (Business to Business) Returns Policy


Returns Period

Forward Products operates a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

Requesting a Return

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for safe return of your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note Forward Products is not responsible for any damage or loss of product occurred during the returns shipping process.  

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item by email to expedite the return process. 

Processing Time

Once your return has arrived at Forward Products, it will be processed within 7 working days. If your case is eligible for a refund, a credit of equal value will be applied to your account.  

Re-stocking Fees

Please note: Furniture products may incur a re-stocking fee of between 35% and 50%.  

Specially Sourced Products & Bespoke Orders

Some products supplied by Forward Products or Forward Furniture are not eligible for return. These include any perishable goods such as food; personalised orders such as printed exercise books; bespoke made to order items such as some furniture products; and products that we do not usually carry in stock that have been specially sourced for your order. If you would like further clarification on which products are not eligible, please contact customercare@forwardproducts.co.uk
