Terms & Conditions

• Offer must be claimed by the date stated on the flyer.
• Available to UK schools only.
• Trips must be booked for a date in 2025.
• Bookings must fall within Birmingham’s 2025 school term dates. Once booked, dates cannot be changed.
• Bookings must be made at least 30 days before the trip date.
• Admission is for 15–30 pupils.
• Adult supervision requirements:
  • Primary school: 1 adult per 5 pupils (up to a maximum of 6 adults)
  • Secondary school: 1 adult per 10 pupils (up to a maximum of 4 adults)
  • Essential carers: Please let us know if additional carers are needed.
• One free adult admission is included for the coach driver.
• Tickets include entry to Cadbury World for educational purposes only.
• All trip paperwork and risk assessments are the school’s responsibility.
• Transport is not included.
