01 Order early Place your order as early as you can to avoid extended lead times during the summer months. 02 Check your order Ensure you are ordering the correct dimensions and colours. Products are made to order so any returns or amendments after an order is confirmed may incur an extra charge. Sizes should also be checked to ensure that the correct size is ordered to suit the correct age group. 03 Contact details Please supply contact name(s) and mobile phone numbers on all orders. This helps us book deliveries or to call the correct contact during school holidays. 05 Prepare for the delivery Remember to keep hold of your old furniture until your new goods arrive, just in case any delays or issues occur. Ensure that there are staff available to receive the delivery as some courier policies are to deliver to the nearest undercover area so some items may need to be moved to the relevant part of the school. 07 Returns Please note furniture is made to order and is therefore generally non-returnable if it has been supplied as per your order. Some suppliers may agree to collect and exchange an item but will usually charge a restocking fee. If it is necessary to return any furniture items then please contact our customer services team on 01527 878348 or email sales@forwardproducts.co.uk . 06 Delivery Some deliveries will be made by pallet via third party couriers within the pallet network and are curbside delivered. Please inform us before placing your order if this is an issue and we will discuss alternative transport options and any relevant costs. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to remove or dispose of any packaging, including the wooden pallet itself. 04 Opening times Please advise opening times if you are expecting a delivery within school holidays. These details will be used to install or deliver the goods on a convenient date.
